Salary & Pay Scale

Selected candidates for the Wealth Executive and Credit Analyst – C&IC posts will be placed in Junior Management Grade/Scale-I (JMG/S-I) and Middle Management Grade/Scale-II (MMG/S-II) respectively, with attractive pay scales and allowances.

  • Wealth Executive (JMG/S-I):
    • Basic Pay Scale: ₹48,480 – 2,000/7 – 62,480 – 2,340/2 – 67,160 – 2,680/7 – 85,920
    • Gross monthly salary at entry level, including various allowances, is approximately ₹60,000–₹75,000.
  • Credit Analyst – C&IC (MMG/S-II):
    • Basic Pay Scale: ₹64,820 – 2,340/1 – 67,160 – 2,680/10 – 93,960
    • Gross monthly salary at entry level, including various allowances, is approximately ₹80,000–₹95,000.

In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), City Compensatory Allowance (CCA), Medical Aid, Leave Fare Concession (LFC), and other perquisites and benefits as per Bank of Baroda’s policies and the industry-level bipartite settlement applicable to officers in the banking sector.

Selection Process

A penalty of 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer, while no marks will be deducted for unattempted questions.
