Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have successfully completed the six-month Recorders Certificate Class Course (RCCC) Training from the Assam Survey & Settlement Training Centre, Dakhingaon, Guwahati-40.
- Applicants must have been declared proficient in both Survey and Settlement subjects through an official result issued by the Director of Land Records & Surveys, Assam, prior to the commencement of Government Notification No. LA&A/429557/158 dated August 13, 2026.
- Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in computer usage, possessing a minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute (WPM) in English and 15 WPM in Assamese/Bengali.
