Eligibility Criteria

The minimum qualification for all regular faculty positions at NIT Silchar is a Ph.D. degree with a consistently good academic record. Candidates who have acquired a Ph.D. degree from NIT Silchar are eligible to apply only after having at least **three years** of post-Ph.D. experience outside NIT Silchar. Minimum six months of experience in a regular position in an Institution of repute with a pay scale/pay level will be considered for calculating the total experience. Experience rendered as Contractual/visiting/adhoc faculty will not be counted.Age Limit

Selection Process
