Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess a 3-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering from an institute recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). It is crucial to note that only regular diploma courses will be considered; diplomas obtained through distance mode of education, by whatever name called, will not be accepted.

Age Limit

As of January 1, 2026, candidates should not be less than 18 years of age and not more than 40 years of age.

Age relaxation will be applicable for reserved categories as per Government of Assam norms:

Salary & Pay Scale
