Assam Launches ‘Second Chance Education’ for Out-of-School Youth
The Assam government has launched the ‘Second Chance Education (SCE)’ initiative in Morigaon, targeting out-of-school adolescents and young adults, particularly girls and young women, to help them complete secondary and senior secondary education and access skill development.
